Celeb Fun Fact: Laura Prepon is a natural brunette, she was asked to dye her hair red for the role of Donna Pinciotti on “That 70′s Show”
In a matter of just a few short months, I’ve gone from a lack-luster “photographer” to a taking a huge step in the right direction. At first I was using a film SLR Canon camera. However, I am not really a film person, just the fact that you can spend a whole day getting ready and shooting and then developing it and them not coming out annoys me. I enjoy seeing the picture on the little view finder of my new camera and knowing that it will still be there later when I go to edit. I feel that I have grown so much in just those few short months. My picture quality has greatly increased and I’m not just taking random pictures, I’ve been trying new angles and trying to really get a nice shot other than just pointing and shooting at someone who has been posing nicely. I would love to compare my first photo shoot to my latest shoot, however the model of the first one doesn’t want them online. I refuse to take them down from the Facebook page specifically to show the growth I’ve made but she doesn’t understand. However, I will post my latest shoot so you can give me your opinion on the photos.

Sadly I will probably be updating even less because my school semester began today. On top of going to college full time, I am also working 30 hours at my job, not really ideal but I need the money. Hopefully this semester will be less stressful because of the classes I am taking. I am taking Digital Photography, Graphic Design, Social Psychology and Microeconomics. I think it should be a breeze because of Photo, Graphic design and psychology. I will try my hardest to update more than I have been, even though my last post got no comments and has been up for a month now
Well I guess that is it for this blog post. Check out my latest photo shoot (link above) and let me know what you think!
Almost forgot the most important part! Since I’ve taken up photography I’ve done 6 successful photoshoots! Since my latest, I’ve had 3 friends request I do a photoshoot, I’ve acquired an amateur make-up artist and even a hair dresser! Also, I have 2 future bookings, a wedding in 2013 and a calendar for a local garage to raise money for good causes! Wish me luck!
A very Merry Christmas

Celeb Fun Face: Lea Michele has 10 tattoos!
Finally I have REALLY updated that site. That is right! A new layout! I really really like it! I was going to try and use some picture I had taken in my recent photography adventures but couldn’t decide/didn’t like any of the ones I currently have. So I decided to go with Lea Michele. She is one of the stars of Glee. Yes, I am a Gleek, but no, I did not use her because I love the show, I used her because I think she is gorgeous! Also, the photos of her are extremely nice (photography wise).
As of late, my life has been crazy! I’ve been working, what seems like more and more. Last week I worked my longest work week ever, 38.5 hours! I know, a full time is 40 hours, but I’m not used to that many hours at ALL! I was exhausted! The best part? MONEY! I got to actually Christmas shop for people in my life and get them nice things. Also, I received some nice things as well. I got a fancy Canon Rebel EOS Xs DSLR Camera! I LOVE IT! As you may or may not know, I recently got into photography but I was borrowing my friend’s film camera and sometimes my best friend jamie’s DSLR camera. I didn’t take as many pictures as I’d like on Christmas because i was working a 8 hour shift. I also received the Kinect for the Xbox 360 and Just Dance 3. This was very exciting, however I did want Dance Central 2 and my friend told me to exchange it, hopefully with no hard feelings :/ I can’t wait to set it up and use it!
As for my photography, I need to post a page dedicated to my photography portfolio. So far I just have the few images I posted in the blog post below. Another example is the icon of this post! I took the picture and edited it, of course. I really like the way the icon looks but the full version is ugly, but then again every artist is very critical of their own work. In other news, I’m actually “booking” photoshoots! My friend’s sister asked me to take pictures of her daughter, however her daughter (age 6ish?) threw a tantrum and we didn’t get as many shots as we’d like. Also, another friend from work asked me to do a photoshoot with her, currently in the making and process of scheduling said photoshoot! Hopefully all goes well!
Anywhoo! Thanks for actually reading my long post and let me know what you think of the new layout!
I’ll try to update more often!
